Who Are you?
We are Guangzhou Joyue Apparel which is a athleisure wear manufacturer located in Guangzhou,China with the world biggest fabric market.We have been focusing on making high quality athlesure wear for 6 years and have a professional team from sourcing fabric,designs,sampling, production,strict QC to shipping.
What is your factory's MOQ?
Our MOQ is 50pcs/design in same color or pattern with affordable price and high quality.By doing small batch,our client can make their trial order easily.
What is yout sample leading time and mass production leading time?
Sample making time is about 5-7 working days and still work to bring samples into life quickly.
Mass production time is about 4-5 week. We want to make sure all of our products are made to the quality level we promised and on precondition of this, make production as quickly as possible. For any urgent POs, we can always adjust as priority to ship earlier. Reorders also take less time for production.
Do you do OEM OR ODM?
We can do both.
As we have design team who would come up with new styles for our clients to choose from. (This is a separate and independent team from team who work with in house designs from our clients.)We can design exclusively for you.
What fabric are you doing?
We work with various kinds of fabrics from knitting to woven including RPET,carvico, chiffon,satin,cotton,faux PU, faux fur,sequins etc. We dont work with silk, real leather or real fur(for animal protection).
How do you control your quality?
We do the inspection from fabric inspection,cutting panel inspection, inter inspection and final inspection. When we place bulk order, we have a small piece of fabric and trims from confirmed sample to go with order sheet to our purchasing team,which will be used as the standard to check bulk fabric. We will make a correct sample before production as a reference also be used in final QC stage for inspection. During sewing, we will randomly check cutting panel. After sewing, our final inspection team would inspect bulk because we understand how important to keep the level of high quality for our clients and their customers. We aim to help our clients to avoid faulty pieces which would have bad effect in the brand reputation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
