How We Help You to Launch Your Brand?
1.Send us an inquiry and provide us photos, sketches or a design file you want to make.Then we will communicate with you about details like fabrics and accessories, as well as technical requirements.Also we will update you the latest trend.
2.After Details confirmed,then samples will be conducted.In the processing,we will take photos or video for you to check.If the client requests any changes or adjustments, we will revise the samples accordingly.
3.Sample approved and quotation.After paying the deposit, we will start purchasing fabrics and the mass production process.Before mass production,we will make a new pp samples to make sure all details are exactly you want.
4.Bulk Production.Once PP samples confirmed,we will move on to mass production.Also we will help our customers do custom logo,brand label,washing label and swing tags ect.
5.QC and Package.In the proudction process,our inspectors will check the quality randomly. When the bulk production is completed, they will inspect the products again to ensure there is no issue before sending to the packing team. We will mend pieces and correct any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department.
6.Shipment and After-sale service. In this leg, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep.And we are committed to delivering a great customer experience and excellent after-sale support.

what you need to know before start?
What is Your Factory's MOQ?
Our MOQ is 50pcs/design/color or per pattern.With over 6 years of experience, we prioritize quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective solutions..By doing small batch,our client can make their trial order easily and start their business efficently.
What is Your Leading Time?
Sample making time is about 5-7 working days and still work to bring samples into life quickly.
Mass production time is about 4-5 week. We want to make sure all of our products are made to the quality level we promised and on precondition of this, make production as quickly as possible. For any urgent POs, we can always adjust as priority to ship earlier. Reorders also take less time for production.
How Much for Sample Cost?
Depending on the complexity of the sample,we will charge a sample fee of US$35-150 per piece. When you place a bulk order is over 100pcs of this design, we will refund the corresponding sample fee to you.

Do You Do OEM Or ODM?

What Fabirc Are You Using?
We work with various kinds of fabrics from knitting to woven including RPET,carvico, chiffon,satin,orgaic cotton ect. Our team is committed to sourcing high-quality, eco-friendly, and cost-effective materials that align with your brand values.
What is the Process to start Up My Clothing Line??
1.Send us inquiry by providing us with some basic sketches or a design file or a photo. we will communicate with you about style details, fabrics and accessories, as well as technical requirements.
2.Details comfirm.Fabric photo and video will be sent to you so you have a better idea what material will be used and why it is suitable.
3.Sample development.When samples finished,we will take photos for you to check.
4.Sample approved and quotation. After paying the deposit for PO, we will start purchasing fabrics and the mass production process.
5.PP samples and Mass prodction.Before bulk production,our factory will make a sample out to make sure that is the completely meeting your requirements regarding measurements, embroidery ect.
6.QC and Packing.In the making process,our inspectors will check them randomely to ensure quality.
7.Shipment.we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep.
How Do You Control Your Quality?
We do the inspection from fabric inspection,cutting panel inspection, inter inspection and final inspection. When we place bulk order, we have a small piece of fabric and trims from confirmed sample to go with order sheet to our purchasing team,which will be used as the standard to check bulk fabric. We will make a correct sample before production as a reference also be used in final QC stage for inspection. During sewing, we will randomly check cutting panel. After sewing, our final inspection team would inspect bulk because we understand how important to keep the level of high quality for our clients and their customers.
